一、用机器糖炒栗子的做法？
操作方法：
1、筛选：选择果形端正、大小均匀、籽实饱满、无病虫害的优质板栗作为原料。糖炒板栗所用砂砾最好为清水砂，砂砾直径以3-4厘米为宜；
2、清洗：将选择好的板栗及砂砾清洗干净、晾干；
3、预炒：将晾好的砂砾放入锅内，锅下加火使锅内砂砾升温至烫手，然后将鲜板栗放入锅内，板栗与砂砾的比例为1:2，用铁铲不断的翻动砂砾和板栗，以便板栗均匀受热；
4、加糖：待板栗表现呈七八成熟时，加入糖稀，糖稀与板栗的比例为1:60左右，糖稀要分2-3次投入；
5、起锅：待板栗表面形成一层透明的膜，用力敲打外壳开裂，栗仁同内皮分离、栗肉变软时，便可起锅。将锅内的砂砾与栗果倒出放入筛网内筛分，砂砾再放回锅内可多次重复使用。
二、栗子做法？
糖炒栗子
1.将板栗清洗干净，表面晾干。
2.用刀子在板栗鼓起的圆圆的这一侧切个小口，一定要小心手。
3.最好是把板栗放在砧板上，用刀刃靠下的地方切下去，不容易打滑。
4.将拉过小口子的板栗拌入少许食用油，搅拌均匀，确保每个表面都有油即可。
5.200度烤箱预热五分钟，这时候把烤盘上铺上锡纸，把板栗均匀摆好。
6.200度十五分钟。
7.快到时间时，用热水把白糖融化开，水不要太多，浓浓的比较好。然后用刷子均匀的刷在每个栗子表面。
8.继续烤制六七分钟。
9.时间到，栗子都开开了，色泽油亮，味道超赞！
